Job Purpose

The heart of the company. Responsible for deployment, discipline, and service delivery to all clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deployment: Plan and execute daily deployment of guards to client sites across Uganda. Ensure no post is left vacant.
• Supervision: Manage Field Supervisors and conduct day & night impromptu inspections. Oversee the Radio Control Room (24/7).
• Client Relations: Handle client complaints, security breaches, theft/loss incidents and prepare Incident Reports.
• Recruitment & Training: Recruit guards, verify references, ensure all guards have Police training certificates from Kabalye or an approved training school.
• Discipline & Welfare: Handle guard discipline, parade, uniform standards, and welfare issues.
• Compliance: Ensure operations comply with Uganda Police Private Security Organizations Act, curfew regulations, and use-of-force procedures.
• Reporting: Daily Occurrence Book (OB), weekly operational report to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Retired UPF/UPDF Officer (Inspector and above) is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Diploma/Degree in Security Management / Criminology / Business Administration
• 7+ years operations experience in a licensed Private Security Organization
• Valid driving license, high integrity, and ability to work odd hours
